This is almost exactly how I felt yesterday when I happened to watch the end of the game [not becaues of a love of it, but because my husband happened to catch the end of the game]
This line in particular made me ROFL “… I have to wonder if his coaches or NCAA officials would allow him to have “There Is” “No God” written on his eye black below his right and left eyes…”
I am sure there would have been an uproar if he had written the above! what he did yesterday will just blow away into smithereens into the atmosphere. I don’t think I bother too, but when people exhibit such personal beliefs of their faith, its going to get you thinking [atleast at that moment ] about it and create a disgust or praise [in some or many I think] in your mind about him. Its stupid.

I dont see the newsworthiness of the item. Personally of course, its not something I would do, because religion, for me, is a personal matter and I don’t see the value of tom-tomming it. Besides, Hinduism is not proselytic, I don’t think. Additionally, I’m not an exhibitionist either…
But if Tim whoever wants to tom-tom his ideas, hey, it’s a free country. It would be interesting to see reactions when an atheist does that, of course.
